Are they all bollixed up again? My C21N line is showing hours of no 
connection today when I had no difficulty in connecting remotely. 
Conversely, it shows only intermittent short interruptions for yesterday 
when I had no connectivity at all from before 09:00 until mid-evening (when 
I powercycled the router).

There's planned LNS move announced for 2-6am on 24th or if
connection lost before then you'll move as soon as reconnected.
I dropped line earlier tonight to get it over with and also
check if I received sms and email alerts which I did as soon
I'd noticed phone had managed to switch itself off but sms
arrived as soon as it was turned back on.

Also not unexpected was loss of graph upto reconnect.
