All lines on Ashford exchange (01233) are suffering low levels of
packet loss which is affecting performance. This appears to be
something which has been ongoing a little while, but is very subtle on
the graphs.

We have reported to BT to try and get this resolved.

Once again, as this is exchange level it will be all BT 21CN lines on
all ISPs on this exchange that are affected.[IMAGE]

with BT.
Update: Cleared up at 23:10 Monday - leaving tickets open in case it
comes back
