[Status] [close] 21CN BT Birmingham BRAS
Posted at 2009-07-03 17:51 BST by AAISP

We have seen a number of lines drop and reconnect on Birmingham BRAS
for 21CN again. Seems like there are still some problems there. We'll
let you know if we get more details from BT.[IMAGE]

BT have confirmed they were unaware of an issue and "lots of other
customers affected, not just yours". However it looks like everyone
came back on over night. Hopefully BT will let us know what happened.

BT have shut down a card on a BRAS that seemed to be affecting several
people. Should be OK now.
