At 18:00 we will set up the new software on b.gormless and customers
will connect to this when they next connect. We will move remaining
customers over during the night. A small number of customers currently
on b.gormless will move to a.gormless at 18:00 when we load new s/w.
The new s/w has additional limits on certain traffic types to avoid the
issue we had this morning.
We are continuing to work on a reproducing the problem on the bench;
finding a more elegant solution to the problem; and eliminating the
issue on the network in London. The latter may well mean replacing a
number of switches.
Ensuring stability is our main concern.
