One of out Transit providers, AboveNet, are planning scheduled hardware
maintenance on the 23rd of July. We have 2 other transit providers so
disruption should be minimal.

The details of this maintenance are below.

Date & Time: 23/07/2008 00:00 - 03:00 GMT
Description: AboveNet will be upgrading code on the routers that serve
our site.
Customer Impact: AboveNet Engineers will work on one router at a time
to minimize the impact of this maintenance.  There could be 15 to 30
minutes of downtime during this time.
