We have two outgoing email servers for customers to use. These are
normally very lightly loaded, and the main reason for two is to allow
for faults and maintenance. However, we have identified that there has
been heavy load on them occasionally. over the last few days. We are
investigating but in the mean time we are installing a third mail
server shortly.

Customers should always use smtp.aaisp.net.uk as the outbound mail
server and we will update DNS as the new server comes on line. We then
plan to upgrade the other servers one at a time.

The new server is bigger, faster and later s/w.
