Following the problems where customers are getting delays connecting
some times we are upgrading our core L2Tp router (careless) early
Sunday morning. This will give us additional debug information which
will help us working with BT to track down the issue.

This should be fairly seamless, with an outage of the order of 10
seconds and without dropping PPP. Lately such reloads have worked like
this. However, it could be a loss of PPP and taking 10 minutes or so to
reconnect if things go wrong. Given that a few customers are having
delays reconnecting this could be worse for a few people. Hopefully it
will go smoothly.

It is obviously important that we get to the bottom of the problem we
have been seeing.
