We are stopping our authorative DNS servers primary-dns.co.uk and
secondary-dns.co.uk answering recursive queries. They never should have
been anyway as the customer facing caches are 217.169.20.20 and
217.169.20.21 but for some reason they were set up to recurse and
cache.
