Interesting times
Published Fri, 30 May 2008 11:11:00 +0000
Just a quick update.

There is a lot happening over the next two months. We'll update with
specifics as they happen.

By the end of July we expect that we will have :-
a) New BGP routers on all sites using FB6000 platform
b) New L2TP routers on all sites using FB6000 platform
c) All customers using new gigabit link to BT in Telehouse North
d) All key servers migrated and upgraded to Maidenhead
e) A range of new Firebrick products ready to launch soon
f) Full ADSL2+ up to 24Mb/s service available as rolled out

There is a lot of work being done, and a lot of effort being put in to
ensuring little or no disruption to customers during the period.

The end result is massive increase in capacity for us to start selling
more services, and better performance for our customers.

Later in the year there are a range of new options such as Annex-M
ADSL2+ faster uplink, and priority broadband traffic for VoIP.

Watch this space!
Adrian, Director.
