We are still investigating why the "A" mail server is having trouble
relaying emails.

However, we would remind people that the "A" and "B" servers are old
mail servers. They are still supported, but we have no plans to upgrade
the old mail servers and do urge people to change to the new mail
servers, which are a whole pool of mail servers, spam servers, and disk
servers.

Recently we had an issue with one of the "new" mail server and were
able to remove it from the pool while we resolved the issue thus
allowing customers to continue to access email without losing any -
this is just one reason the new mail server is much better.
