We are seeing an issue this evening where there is a delay in
responding to PPP authentication. This appears to be due to an issue
with the BT RADIUS servers and some issue with routing to/from them. We
are awaiting a reply from BT and it may not be until to tomorrow that
we get a response. The current effect is some routers are timing out
connecting. Power cycling the router does not help, just leave it on
line. When we have seen this sort of thing in the past routers would
usually connect eventually.

Please try and avoid dropping your connection in any way if your
service if it is working at present.
