All of our inbound text services now handle multi-part text messages
(i.e. those longer than the normal 160 characters). These are
reassembled by our end and processed as one long text.

This makes the text to email gateway on 01444666888 much more useful.

Most of the services are handling multiple line texts as well, where
sending phones can send a line-break in the text messages.
