Bloomin' support numbers
Can someone explain to me who the heck we're supposed to call if lines
go down. Whenever I'm disconnected getting information of current state
of play is always more of a miss than a hit.
My two bonded lines went down at 6:45pm, but other lines I have control
of are all OK (according to cluless). Might as well check if it's a wide
problem so I call the 'status' line:
05555 400 992 - busy tone
03333 400 992 - BT lady says 'sorry there is a fault'
01344 400 992 - click, beep, disconnect
01344 400 999 - answerphone saying the office is closed
03333 400 999 - ditto * THIS IS THE NO ON THE STATUS PAGE *
05555 400 999 - ditto
01344 400 990 - ditto
I can barely remember the last time there was a fault and I was actually
able to get through to the status message!
Both my lines are back up now, but the inability to check the automated
status messages is really annoying.

I too have had trouble in the past. All I want to hear is the status
message, but have not been able to for a long time now.
