We have seen some reports of strange issues over the weekend, and had 
terrible trouble reproducing any issues. These seem to affect a few 
people. We eventually tracked it down to a setting change on Friday 
evening and this has been resolved with a reboot to a core router,

There have also been 3 DoS attacks today which we are happy to discuss 
in more detail on irc.

We also see some issues to routes via level 3 at present which we 
suspect is some damping of routes and should resolve itself shortly.
