Freedom2surf reliable?
I've been getting occasional random disconnects, usually not being able to
reconnect for up to half an hour, sometimes longer. They seem to always
happen in the wee small hours, which makes me wonder if some techie
somewhere is fiddling with the hardware. I'm with Freedom2surf and I'm
curious whether other f2s customers have experienced similar. I don't think
this is a hardware/software issue at my end as these loss of connection
problems are very few and far between, I'd also expect these problems to
happen a lot more frequently and at all times of the day if it was a fault
at my end. Maybe I'm putting the blame where it isn't deserved and it could
be BT who are behind these problems. Anyone had any similar issues?

I use BTConnect, and very occasionally the dial up disconnects or does not
work. I put it down to B****Y computers.
