A warning about eukhost.com and advice wanted
Hi all,

I currently host drabble.me.uk with eukhost.com . Before signing up
for the service I asked them via there online "chat" whether it was
possible to set up mail so that there was no filtering and was
assured that this was indeed possible.

Below is a quote from the transcript:
===START===
       Graham Drabble: ok, can yu confirm if that allows me to turn
off all filtering?

        James: Yes

        James: You can set rules for your email addresses.

        Graham Drabble: Good, so there's no mandatory filtering then?

        Graham Drabble: Just being clear on this because I was caught
last time I picked a provider

        James: ok

        James: There's no mandatory filtering.
===END===

A pretty clear commitment from what I can see.

Following a few cases of mail going missing I've investigated and
discovered that they are implementing sender address verification and
rejecting incoming mail for any address that they deem invalid [0]

I've asked how this can be turned off and been told that it cannot
and that they do not consider it a filter.

I'm looking for advice regarding

a) How I can force them to provide the service they promised and / or
b) Recommendations for domain hosting that truly does offer
unfiltered incoming email

[0] I say deem invalid since they're rejecting stuff sent from
supposedly non-existant drabble.me.uk addresses even though there is
a catch all set up.
