123-REG email failure
Hi,
I've been having trouble with email forwarding from 123-REG for a few
weeks. Emails just vanish. No bounce messages, nothing.
I spoke to 123-REG today and this was their response...
"We have known troubles with email forwarding with a lot of clients.
There is no known fix or schedule to fix the problem. We aim at none
business critical applications and as such don't offer a service level
agreement. If you want reliable email go elsewhere, if you are a home
user we are fine."
I can't quite believe what I've heard, as if home users are happy to
miss 3/4 of their emails because they are "not business critical".
If I didn't have so many domains with them I would jump ship today,
but hell what an upheaval.
Has anyone else experienced this or found solution?
