Does anyone have any recommendations for Gradwell for PHP/MySQL shared

Thanks

Not the cheapest available - nor the most expensive either. The
facilities provided with their 'Developer' account are particularly good
and the support is friendly, personal and always helpful. Highly
recommended by me (and several of my customers).

I second all of that. A <g> developer account gives one control of just
about everything one could wish for. More than I know how to properly
tinker with, certainly! The full control of zone files is very useful,
and for me the mailman mailing-lists are a godsend. Want to run a
web-forum (spit) or picture gallery? No problem, and all well explained
in their knowledge-base. Want to give a friend or client FTP access to
just the bit of 'their' space they can be trusted with? Instantly
achieved. Want a small ecommerce site? Just set it up.

Both email and telephone support is great, with clueful folk who expect
you to have half a clue (and are forgiving if you haven't), and there is
of course newsgroup support, though not propagated. That last point is
about the only slight 'minus' I can bring to bear!

If I don't like it, can I cancel it at any time? What sort of refund I can
expect?

Thanks

They won't like you, as you persist in top-posting. Forget it.

It's a shame that the link to "Developer account" goes to the "Company
Lite" page. Does anyone have a link to the Develope page please.

I thought not until I looked at it. If it isn't the same it does a very
good impression of being identical. Same price, same facilities.

It's a 3 month minimum committment if you pay via card or direct debit,
and then a rolling monthly committment. You can cancel at any time, but
we don't refund part used months.

If you pay annually and cancel part way through then, within reason,
we'll refund you.

cheers
