I'd be very concerned if there were taboo cycling-related subjects on
urcm; I'd be very surprised if some subjects weren't *very* closely
monitored, particularly in the early days.

That's not how I remember it at all, though if anyone wants to trawl
through the RFD threads I may well turn out to be wrong.
I do remember several people, including myself, expressing fears of moderation,
combined with hopes that the moderation would be light; and I'm fairly
sure that the proponent[s] didn't promise any such thing. I probably
wouldn't have, in their position.
