Again?
My last post got binned for being xposted.
URC is still full of crap, this place doesn't seem to want to discuss
some subjects and others can only be discussed as far as a moderators
last word. I'm off from both and it's possible that Tom's scenario of
both grousp failing might be forthcoming. For those sitting here snuggly
not seeing the swan problem have a nice secure time , for those
standing on the walls I would suggest that you are better looking out to
protect than in, either way it's going to be a while before I "see" any
of you again, a pity cos my Brompton was arriving soon and I was looking
forward to posting some kitchen porn and with my declared intention of a
Century in 2010 I was hoping for advice as i got up to it and support
when I was near. I was also hoping for some news of a repeat of the
Sheldon memorial ride, and I think I asked about that yesterday, but
with the number of my posts that were held up/rejected i lost count of
what I had posted where/when and if it had got through or not. I was
willing to give a moderated group a chance, more of a chance it seems
than some of the moderators were willign to give their customers. :-(
This is the third time of posting something like this. this message

and at 20:12
5 minutes after a moderator decided to approve a moderators post it was
still waiting for a decision.

That would be Mr Jackson - he doesn't trust the moderators so he
personally moderates all of their posts.
There are some people who are on a white-list.
The moderators aren't.
Most odd.

Is anyone supposed to be surprised by that?

And is anyone supposed to give a flying fuck?
Actually, since I'm posting, I will observe - in case any mods are
reading - that deliberately slowing down (but not rejecting)
borderline posts is a great way of discouraging them and reducing
their deleterious effect on the group, without giving the authors a
leg to stand on in terms of censorship. I thoroughly approve of such a
policy, official or otherwise.
