I notice that the Todal has issued  "Moderation Charter and
Guidelines: an occasional reminder" in uk.legal.moderated - which is a
sensible thing to do as things  do change,


But - I understand that the guidelines have actually changed over the
last couple of days.  When such changes are made could I suggest a
"change-bar" approach so that the changes from the last issue are
highlighted in some way - perhaps here.  I think that this approach
should be encouraged when any charters or guidelines  are changed for
any group.

It may also be useful to explain *why* the guidelines have changed.

It  certainly would on this occasion.
