ULM Posting Delays
I've experienced some long delays in auto-accepted postings to ukm. Does
anyone know any reason such as spam attacks affecting Gradwell or
moderation.org.uk?

I've only quoted the headers from some of my own postings because I can
only vouch for the accuracy of the original times in those posts.

There appear to be delays in *some* postings getting to the mod system.
The mod system seems to be acting in a timely manner once they get
there.

For comparison:

Your longest delay was 6h24m or so to get to the mod system. Once in
the mod system it got released quickly:

The auto post before that (not including any by you) was:

all done in 8m or so.

And the one after (not including any by you):

all done in 1m or so

Was around midday on the 21st a difficult time from a sending POV?
Let's check (excluding postings by you).

i.e. someone posted at 11h53GMT (23m before your 12h16) and got in and
out in 7m or so.

i.e. someone posted at 13h53GMT (1h37 after your 12h16 but before your
16h15) and got into the mod system in 2m (it was a manual so the mods
took a further 1h45 or so for a mod to approve it).

In summary: it seem that your longest delayed post took its time getting
to the mod system. Posts made by other people around that time got to
the mod system in good time; note also that posts made by you after
other people had got through quickly were also much slower. All posts I
checked (as well as your own) seem to have been dealt with in a timely
manner by the mod system.

HTH from a factual POV.
