Ironically the soundtrack used is from an album called "Legacy of
Kings".

The vid in question (and I've seen many similar, including the New
York City Drag Race in 2006 I think - has a better soundtrack) is no
different to the motoring series "Getaway in Stockholm" and cannot be
used to beat all cyclists in the same way that the latter cannot be
used to beat all motorists.

Actually, were I somewhat younger, without arthritis - I'd probably
quite enjoy extreme-cycling, or as we call it in Sheffield; "Going to
work on a bike".  Not sure they've ever made lycra in my "Supper XXXL
fat bastard" size, though.
