uk-rec-cycling-moderated-request@usenet.org.uk rejects my email. Ian can
do nothing about this. Quite frankly, I don't believe Ian would be so
silly as to reject any email forwarded from this address but until
@usenet.org.uk gets its act sorted out I cannot tell if that will be a
problem. 

What I can say is that email to @moderators.isc.org does make it all the
way through to chiark without being bounced because I've successfully
posted to urcm. I cannot post via the official published address.
