I, and I expect most others, voted for the group, existence of.

Baby in bath water if you RFD for removal IMO.

Following the method of uk.legal.moderated or possibly our christian 
friends (nods to, Mark) or our glb friends which are (I think) all well 
known successful moderated groups within uk.* might have helped.

If I have left out a long running and successful uk.* moderated group I 
am sure I will be told about it.

Those are the three I know of best although I only partake in one.

There is no reason why another (fourth horse of the moderated groups?) 
could not be raised but I think they (urcm) are trying to buy time now.

P.S. I think the Fourth Horse of the Moderated is original and doesn't 
invade previous TM's.  If not I am prepared to acknowledge all DCMA 
stuff and so on.
