No, that's just a requirement if you want the moderation of the group
to actually *work*.

I did warn you.

I see that Damerell is keeping his head down and not answering
questions - I though he was supposed to be running the show in the
absence of the chief string puller.

This in itself does not bode well for the future.

Still - it will eventually be a very cosy clique I am sure.
