I think you will find I ameliorated any harshness in a later post.  If I 
thought you were crap at teaching or cycling I'd say so.

Our South African student reckoned everyone in the UK looked ill.  She
said summat like "even your Blicks look ill" (a comment I accepted,
BTW, as not being racist as she was Black).
