feel free to point out where I have "SPOKEN LOUDLY"
(I do wish you would stop making things up. I have said that you are
dishonest - you are clearly intent on proving that it is the case, over
and over again)

The BMA (British Medical Association) urges legislation to make the wearing of cycle helmets compulsory for both adults and children.
The evidence from those countries where compulsory cycle helmet use has already been introduced is that such legislation has a beneficial effect on cycle-related deaths and head injuries.
This strongly supports the case for introducing legislation in the UK. Such legislation should result in a reduction in the morbidity and mortality associated with cycling accidents.

Ho, ho, ho - how appropriate.
Now tell us the truth about yourself : Did you make the first post as
Lou Knee?
If you can't answer that very, very simple question, would it be
correct to say that "Guy Chapman has admitted he cannot tell the truth
about anyone"?
--
Guy Chapman nym-shifted to Lou Knee in order to call someone a shit.
He was caught out by the evidence of the IP address he used.
He has "implied" that it was not himself - but refuses to answer the simple question:
"Guy Chapman: Did you make the Lou Knee post?"
He is despicable - on this evidence you should not believe *anything* he says.

I could not give a shit if Chapman called someone a shit or if you
call someone a shit. I cannot give a shit if you are a shit.
I purely object to his dishonesty in posting as Lou Knee - and then
denying it by implication repeatedly - when he had in fact made the
post.
Extremely dishonest.
