Chapman wanted to call someone a shit.
He did not have the guts to do it himself.
He invented the name Lou Knee to make the post calling the third party
a shit.
He made the post from an IP address which he had used a number of
times in the past - but which no-one else had ever used for posting.
He was caught out.
He denied it.
He is dishonest.

I could not give a shit about him using the name Lou Knee.
I do however strongly object to:
things he said about me
the fact that he is always trying to appear holier than thou
the fact that he deceived people who he would say were his friends. I
felt that that was truly appalling
the levels he went to, to try and cover up it was his posting - rather
than just holding up his hands and admitting it.
his arrogance
his economy with the truth on many cycle helmet matters
his outright lies
Oh - did I say - he is also despicable?

Guy Chapman nym-shifted to Lou Knee in order to call someone a shit.
He was caught out by the evidence of the IP address he used.
He has "implied" that it was not himself - but refuses to answer the simple question:
"Guy Chapman: Did you make the Lou Knee post?"
He is despicable - on this evidence you should not believe *anything* he says.
