I think JNugent said he was going to abstain (for various reasons) - but he 
certainly argued an anti-case.  Marc was one of those who was arguing
against as well wasn't he?  There may well be 5 or 6 more who have said 
they are anti.  Probably too many for a fast track to have succeeded.
