Yes.  I can confirm that there has been no discussion about censoring
certain people or certain points of view.  Obviously certain subjects
are off topic according to the charter and will be moderated out but
that is the case for any moderated group.  We haven't discussed those.
The only agendum that the moderators have is to have a civil, pleasant 
group which is of interest to cyclists.

No.  Certain subjects are off-topic and will be rejected.  This is the
same for all moderated groups.  If your post isn't of interest to 
cyclists, or isn't civil then it will be rejected.  Nearly all of your
posts I saw before I killfiled you were in one of those two camps.
