Check Your Bodybuilding Routine
The very routine and number of reps you have per set and per session
can also be the very culprit of an incorrect bodybuilding practice.
Before you proceed any further, stop for a moment and think about the
type of routine you have chosen and the effects so far it has to your
overall physique and growth.
Ask yourself whether you are actually seeing progress and if you feel
good about it. Have you been working out most of the time and yet you
find yourself trapped in the middle of nowhere with your physical
exercises? If you have doubts with the answers you have for the
situations given, you could be the bodybuilder who is spending too
much time and effort and not reaping much or any benefits at all. If
so, analyze why your almost perfect bodybuilding plan came to this.
Are you lacking in protein, perhaps?
The growth of your muscles can be brought about through rigorous
training but then the nutrient it gets from what you eat also plays an
important role. Protein is an important nutrient in building bigger
muscles because an essential 1 gram minimum of this nutrient for each
kilo of your body weight suffice the normal and most natural muscle
growth. Don't take a meal without this nutrient even when you find
other bodybuilders that take less of the needed percentage from their
diet....
