I've had bad times with clicknames
I bought a doomain (www.nothwestmotors.com) and I renewed it on the
dot for years. Aftter a couple of years, the payment went out as
usual, it was paid for via credit card, they took the money and they
didn't pass it on to NIC (or who ever it is now) so the domain was not
renewed. By the timme I noticed (it was not live) it had been bougth
by someone else. Click names ignored all mail, no-one else was
interested so the domain I'd paid for for a few years became a
complette waste of time and money. I've still got the PHP site I put
together for it. There seems to be no protection in this business!

I bought my domain from the first incarnation of Gradwell, and it was
sold on many times since, to poorer and poorer companies, Clicknames
seemed to be just ignored and run into the ground, I had endless delays
with my email, several days at times, support was useless. Dumped them
and went to daily.co.uk who seem to do all I want, for not a lot.
