Hi Everyone,

Hope that some of you well informed people can help.

Just taken my Swisstec DVD recorder back to the shop because it developed a 
few faults after only having it for 6 months. I now have a Panasonic DVD 
recorder.

The trouble is, I can not watch all the programs that I recorded on the 
Swisstec on the Panasonic as it uses a different format on the DVD's. I can 
watch them however on the PC, but for family viewing, this is not an 
acceptable alternative.

Anyone know please how I can play them on PC and then transfer the programs 
to a normal VHS video....

Only got about 16 DVD's to watch.
