My Thomson DHD4000 pvr won't capture the EPGs for five life and
five US.  It can find every other channel's EPG, even including
five's.

I've tried rebooting the machine and several full channel scans
as suggested by  customerservices@five.tv who say they are
putting the EPGs out but no joy.

Is any other Thomson owner having this problem?  Is it a known
fault with the Thomson?  Is it a known fault with five?

Any ideas?
