Hi. I use a Sony HDD recorder to record stuff from Sky

Works well using Sky's Autoplanner- the Sony Box records when the
programms are on.. BUT it doesn't work for radio channels (NO EPG for
radio programmes?!)


So is there such a thing as an IR blaster (like the thing TiVO has)

That can be hooked up via USB to a PC or Mac.. something like that

so that , for example, at 7pm on Sundays, it outputs '0101' on the Sky
digibox (changes channel to Radio1)

This would automate things for when I'm not at home...
