DVD & PVR
I`m after a all in one PVR (2 tuner freeview digital) 160Gb HD approx
with a DVD player/recorder that can record from external AV signal from say
a Sky STB.

is there any box like this out there if not is one on the horizon.

The normal PVR box I was looking at was the Humax 9200T but would like DVD
option as well (I know it can be connected to PC)

                       Thanks

                            Ken

I don't think that there are any DVDR/HDD machines with built-in twin
DTT tuners. If there were then they surely wouldn't be cheap.

Why not just get two boxes? Simpler, cheaper and more flexible. Plus
when one goes wrong you won't have to replace both.

well to be honest its all the equipment I have its getting a joke

Surround Amp
US Region 1 DVD Player (got in US years ago when cost a mint over here)
UK DVD Player
Cassette Player (I know old stuff now but in great condition)
Freeview STB
Sky STB
Strong Satellite STB (Motorised)
Playstation PSX2
VCR

all linked up to surround amp

so that's 9 boxes stacked some under TV some nearby so to get another
2 is getting abit to much. If I got an all in one 2 tuner Freeview/PVR/DVD recorder
it would please `her in doors`

The DVD/HDD machine would replace the two DVD players.
The twin-tuner DTT recorder would replace the Freeview box.

You would in fact have one box less and could sell the other three.
