This weekend there will be another transmission of the over air
upgrade for the PVR9300T. This will finish at approximately 9 am on
Monday morning. Following this, at 11am on Monday will commence the
same for the PVR9150T which which run for one week until 9am the
following Monday.

You are probably aware that these software upgrades are to reduce the
sound of the fan which runs more often than necessary. The units in
the field at the moment are not faulty, nor is this upgrade a
necessity. This is really to support our consumers and give them the
best performing product we can.

Most of the units in the field will receive this update without a
problem, but if they don't, an error message will appear 'E-HW'. I
have attached a list of simple instructions on how to activate the
update if this message appears.

All units produced from November actually have the latest software in
them and thus any units now in stock or being sold operate with the
quieter fan anyway
