DVD Recorder
How should I connect this up to my TIVO? Recorder is a pioneer
DVR550HX, and a series 2(I think) TIXO

Can only be a series 1 Tivo, that's all they made for the UK market.
Connect it up like a vcr, to the AUX scart, and you can record to dvd,
but I really question if it's worth it, if that's your plan, to record
to DVD from Tivo?

to the tv out scart - that way you record RGB output rather than plain old
composite.
this is assuming you have the uk tivo - i thought we never made it past
series 1 ?

AUX SCART? OK then. Why wouldn't it be worth it?

What's on TV that's worth archiving, most progs worth watching are
repeated on other channels. Or more simple is to stick a larger HDD in
the Tivo(assuming your on a standard 40Gb), that way your archive is on
the Tivo anyway.
