I hope this question is relevant to this group!  Apologies if not.

I'm trying to run xmltv.exe in Vista.  When I run (as Administrator) 'xmltv 
tv_grab_uk_rt --configure' I get the following error:

Timezone is +0000
XMLTV::Supplement: Failed to fetch 
http://supplement.xmltv.org/tv_grab_uk_rt/channel_ids.

I have manually added xmltv to the Windows firewall list.  Still get the 
error.  Under XP it seems fine.

Without wanting to get into a Vista-bashing thread, has anyone managed to 
get xmltv to work in Vista and if so, how?
