Is it just my box that has difficulty with things that are on twice a week, like "Rome" and "Family Guy"? I have to keep going in and resetting the links for these because it keeps losing them. Tivo and Virgin software copes ok with this - why not Sky's?
I have a feeling that theres a software bug at the moment as there has been so much talk about series link problems at the moment and I have received a number of calls from customers with similar grievences. The problem is that Sky will seldom admit that there is a problem even to a registered dealer/installer. I have found that a full reset can help but beware of losing all recorded progs.
