Sky+ HD box with Tivo
Anyone know where the IR window is on a Sky+ HD box? The manual is
sadly inadequate, and I can't seem to get my Tivo IR blaster to work
with it (having worked perfectly well with my previous Sky box).

Mine's pointed just to the right (as you look at it) of the ring of
light thing on the front, can't actually see anything there, but it
seems to work :-)

Thanks for that - I had the blaster in approx. the right place.

Discovered what the problem was: I needed a new code from the Tivo
Recorder & Phone Setup menu; I'd assumed it was the same as my
previous box but then realised it was a different manufacturer. D'oh!

It is interesting that a Sky+ handset will work an HD box, but an HD
handset will not work a Sky+ box so the codes are obviously the same
but different!
But it is very useful to anyone with TV links (magic eyes) in other
rooms, that the old Sky+ remotes will still work with an HD box when
they upgrade.
