What would be the best PVR software with EPG that works on Win98se or
even a lighter and faster OS?

This for making a PVR from an old computer (Celeron 1.3Mhz /128MB)
If not with a MSI TV@Anywhere tuner-card that I already have, then
what tuner-card should I pick for a cheap though reliable TV-recorder
with an old PC. PAL/B

Where or what site would be best for giving the EPG data for Belgium?
Are there no tuner/capture cards or software that get de EPG-data from
a TV-channel instead of the internet?

Is there a remote control that actualy works like a mouse? So one
could even use it to start other programs, like DVD-writing, email-
reading, ....
