This is driving me mad!

Firstly sky anywhere. I have the software on my pc, but it wants to download 
an update. But it can'y, says install failed. I've tried to uninstall it, 
but it won't, says it can't find some resource on the network.

Next remote record. I've tried registering, but it says I'm already 
registered. But when I log in on the web site, although it lets me in, it 
says I'm not registered as a digital user.

I just seem to be going round in circles.

Any ideas?
