What about the Nat West 3 (IIRC) extradited from UK and convicted in USA for
alledged financial offences committed whilst in the UK, which would not have
been offences prosecuted here.
USA claim they can walk into any country and arrest anyone who they suspect
of committing an offence against the USA, whether in the USA or anywhere
else, regardless of any local laws.
