I recorder Final Destination 2 a few nights ago. When I went to watch it yesterday a 'PIN protected' message came up asking me to enter my PIN. I've got no idea what my PIN is and why is it asking? I tried looking at Services>Parental Control and that's also PIN protected. The box is a replacement for our old one that went pop a few weeks ago and all I can assume is the previous owners (it didn't look like it was a new replacement) had set up PIN control of some areas. Any ideas how I can get around this? -- Colin Birch http://www.railscans.co.uk

The default PIN is the last 4 digits of the ORIGINAL viewing card number. Sky can reset it if you phone them - or it is a self-service option on "MySky" on their website.
