WF100 or ct100   
Whats the better cable to use ?

There's very little difference between them. IIRC, WF100 is a foam
dielectric, whereas CT100 is air-spaced. Both are good. Older foam
dielectric cables used to be hygroscopic (according to Bill) and so
performance would deteriorate given time.

Ohh, that takes me back. I used to nail a piece of card to the wall at each 
repeater, and note down the levels there (having re-set the head-end). Over 
a period of years there would be steady but relentless decline until it got 
to the point where there was really no way of pursuading high channels to 
pass through the cable!

Actually, some of those bits of card are still there. I'll retrieve one and 
put it on the website!
