Amstrad Skybox picture problem
I have just bought a Panasonic lcd tv, and have connected it up to my
old amstrad digibox.
I noticed I was getting no pictures on AV1 (I plugged the digibox scart
into this one)
I checked my satellite RF cable and found out the cable was loose in the
socket, and pushed it back in , and got a picture.
However, I decided to redo the connected.
I followed an online instructions on how to cut and prepare the cable.
Well, once I done this, and plugged it back into the RF in socket of my
skybox , switched over to the AV1 on my TV, I am now getting a picture.
Its been split in four, as if the whole picture has been pushed half a
screen length across, and half a screen down.
e.g. the top left quarter is now the bottom right, the bottom left is now
top right, the top right is now bottom left, and the bottom right is now
top left.
I think this is some sort of tuning problem.
However, I did have a correct picture before I re cut the RF cable.
I rechecked the cable several times, but still got the same result.
Has anybody got any ideas on how to solve this problem.
Many Thanks
Paul

Try checking the SCART connectors are fully in. Wiggle them a bit.
