38mm Motor Recommendations
Quick question - does anyone have any recommendations for particularly
good 38mm motors? Rocket is ~2kg, 2.5" diameter and will take a 6-
grain Pro38 casing. I'm looking for maximum fire/smoke/loudness and
200N plus thrust.
I'm not interested in faffing about with a 38-29 adaptor, so 38mm
motors only. AT or CTI, I own neither set of casings so am relying on
borrowing them ;-)
Cheers,
Niall

I have very fond memories of the I300T. And, though I lack personal
experience, I don't imagine that the I435T would disappoint either.
Not much smoke though.

I thought the I435T was known for being punchy, but lacking in much
smoke/fire. I300T looks good going by photos I can find online...

Like I said, so personal experience. Though I can't imagine _why_
there wouldn't be much fire.

Re: 38mm Motor Recommendations (OT)
I never get to see Darren's posts. Anyone know why? It's nothing I've set
myself.

I seem to remember something about two strains of blue thunder, but
it's a dim memory.
Found a pic here: http://tjm.home.texas.net/SD14TM1.JPG
Anyways, I300T's on the list...

The baby Jesus gave up crying, so now just randomly removes posts from
your reader.

It's a no brainer, I435T. I300T at a push and if your budget is limited
then an I357T. If you'd rather have smoke than flame and noise, then
a J570W.
