Ideally friday the 29th of June, though I appreciate we may need to
move this.

I wont be able do a Friday, and I would be surprised if any of the other
North Westy RSOs could at the moment either; 2 days later is the EARS
launch - might be better to bus them down there for the day ;)
I am assuming the site you have picked for these launches is suitable? How
high are these rockets due to go?

Just under a thousand feet, we have a nice moorland site near
Winterhill lined up with a 2000 to 3000 foot radius.
I don't think we'll be able to take them to EARS, sounds like we may
have to move the date. Trouble is the 3 schools involved want a
school day.

Pardon my ignorance but shouldn't I motors go a lot higher than 1000'?

On a minimum diameter, mass-optimised rocket it surely would. My Sentinel
(4"x7.5' and about 2.5 kilos - got to love mixed standards!) sims to just
over a thousand feet on the I435.

Not necessarily. When we flew the DO-ATV test flight that only made
1300 feet on a K1100.

My cone dosn't get to 1000 on J400 let alone an I.
But then it isn't exactly aerodynamically optimised.
It's also very wet along with the rest of my rockets as we've just had a bit
of a flood here and my garrage is under water :-(

Lots of wet rockets and a wet computer. I'll see what happens when they dry

Poor you. Best wishes from London, at the top of a hill fortunately.
If my rockets got wet I'd have a job lot of interestingly coloured

I am assuming the site you have picked for these launches is suitable? How

Not too bad now its stopped raining and i've swept it out. Most the
electrical stuff was off the ground on shelves.
Lots of wet rockets and a wet computer. I'll see what happens when they dry
out.
